At Pinknoise Systems Europe we like to offer our customers a wide choice of delivery options for their orders, and our prices are affordable and competitive. We also use only the best, most reliable couriers and delivery services to get your equipment where it needs to be - quickly and securely. Please find an outline of our services, prices and timescales below.

UK General Information
All Saturday and Sunday deliveries will be on a pre-12pm service.
UK Next Day includes NI, Highlands and Islands.
If you select part-ship, we will ship the item(s) in stock and the remaining items will be shipped when we receive stock. Please note, if you select Next Day, but some items are out of stock, we will not ship the order until everything is available to ship.
Our shipping cut-off is 4pm for UK orders and 2:30pm for internationals.

UK Mainland will be shipped with one of our preferred couriers: DPD, DHL or FedEx.
Highlands, Islands and NI will be shipped with DHL.
International orders will be shipped with DHL or FedEx.
Although we choose the most reliable couriers, we can’t always guarantee next day delivery.
Our delivery cut-off is 4pm. If your order is in stock and paid for before 4pm, we will endeavor to ship your order the same working day.
Products over one metre, or large in weight, may incur a surcharge. This applies to boom poles, boom boxes, sound carts and other such products.
Unfortunately, we’re not always able to sell certain products in certain territories. The team will get in touch if this is the case with your order.
Please be aware dropshipping options may still be charged.
We are no longer offering Royal Mail as a standard option. If you want your order to be shipped with Royal Mail, please get in contact with our team here.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to orders that are over our usual threshold if they are going to outside of Europe.
